Online media is one of our key focus areas.
We are actively engaged in working in the digital space. With blog sites, forums, social networking sites such as Twitter and facebook, companies and brands are being discussed, criticized and praised. Consumers are talking about brands and issues online and companies need to leverage new media to listen and ultimately build stronger relationships with their consumers.
We have supported facebook pages for clients such as MTV and the MTV Africa Music Awards and Coca-Cola’s COPA facebook page. We also increased the online presence for the FIFA World Cup Trophy Tour, which visited 52 countries across Africa in 2009. We monitor online coverage and we also build connections and relationships with key bloggers. We are able to help our clients manage their reputation online as well as in the traditional media space of newspapers, TV and radio.
